Metropolismania

Metropolismania is an anime-inspired city-building video game. The objective is to develop a town to a specific population level. This is accomplished by interacting with NPCs and making acquaintances through gift-giving and conversation. Attract residents by constructing office, grocery, entertainment, and agricultural buildings, to name a few. The user controls a character from a third-person perspective instead of overseeing the environment. New constructions can be initiated, roads can be constructed by foot traffic, and structures can be entered. There are side missions on every level, some of which are odd. Anticipate involvement with a smuggling organization or a cult.
